More and more people are turning to Vegetarian or vegan diets.

The health benefits of increasing the proportion of vegetables in the daily diet is well-recognised and strongly promoted, thus, leading to greater demand for fruit and vegetables.

For the treatment of crops, plants, trees, and grass just apply water as you did before.

UFB water aerates the soil and supplies more oxygen to leaves and roots, plants grow faster and produce better yields.

One of the causes of plant disease can be associated to transfer of pathogens through water delivery systems, which are then transferred to the plant/trees vessels.

UFB water will remove and prevent the bioburden from within water delivery systems with the potential to have the same effect on plant and tree vessels, reducing Xylella related diseases.

Currently we have an ongoing trial to to assess the effect of different rates of UFB on plant growth and development. UFB will be compared with standard borehole water. Many facilities take their water from boreholes, so it is a good choice in this comparison with the effect of UFB and the end result will be to destruct the harvest and review the plant’s yield, through a process called plant biomass. 

We also have Hydroponic tests being carried out and this trial aims to assess the effect of different concentrations of nutrients applied in UFB and water on the early stage of plant growth and development in hydroponics culture. Two concentrations of nutrients in UFB and water will be applied to tomato (Solanum lycopersicum L.), rocket (Eruca sativa), lettuce (Lactuca sativa), and maize (Zea mays).

Acquaculture

For obvious reasons Aquaculture uses vast amounts of water for but not limited to – breeding, plant growth, ice for packing and cleaning.

UFB can be fitted to any water supply including sea water. The UFB valve uses the dissolved oxygen in the water and multiplies it many millions of times to create microscopic bubbles that enhance plant life and growth.
